This resource is a 15 sheet tracker designed to be used for up to three classes. It includes: a sheet to track data for each group, including SEN information, PP and ability info, as well as having a space for your teaching notes about students, gender and student name a sheet to track assessment data including baseline data and up to 6 assessments which (you can add more as needed) a homework tracker for you to track the title of each piece, who has completed each piece and space for you to record sanctions a detention tracker for you to accurately record detentions and who has turned up for them an intervention tracker - for you to log interventions with students making tracking of actions you’ve taken easier, including for apprasials and line management discussions. In this resource you will find a two page lesson plan template and evaluation template. The lesson plan is detailed and thorough and includes space for lesson context, class context, a starter activity, 4 main activities and 2 plenaries - both mid and end point. This also includes space for you to consider differentiation, stretch and challenge, resourcing and how the lesson will ‘stick’ in student minds. In the evaluation section, there is space for comments on 7 questions to help you assess the lesson and plan for next time. This resource includes both the PDF file which cannot be edited and the original PPT file, in case you’d like to edit for your own use. This lesson plan is not subject specific and can be used by any teacher. However, it is ideal for NQTs and RQTs to become familar with assessing and planning lessons in detail. In this resource you will find a 2 page example letter of application careers lead role. This resource includes many ideas you could include your own letter as well as providing you a useful structure for organising your own application or supporting statement. This example application letter example provides a framework for writing your own letter. This is not intended to be a complete letter and will need editing and changing to make fit for your own role. I always recommend tailoring letters to specific job descriptions and ensure you tailor your letter to the school you’re applying to. You should always provide examples of the initiatives and programmes you have run as well as data to prove impact and your own learning.
